Spanning south of 71st Street from Riverside Parkway down to 121st Street across to 129th Street, South Tulsa is all encompassing. It has multiple school districts (Bixby, Jenks, Union and Tulsa), it’s own retail options similar to Midtown with restaurants and shopping along the Creek Turnpike and is easy to get around by connecting to three highways going north, south, east and west. Home values range from $250,000 to $2 million and is said the wealthiest per capita location in Tulsa is between 111th Street and 121st Street, Yale Avenue to Memorial Drive. South Tulsa has great retail and restaurant corners which includes the intersections of 91st Street and Yale Avenue, 96th Street and Riverside Parkway and 101st Street and Mingo Road. There are parts of Tulsa that are technically not South Tulsa, an area located between 51st Street and 71st Street from Riverside Parkway all the way to 129th Street- comprising the Southern Hills Country Club (hosting the 2022 PGA Championship), Tulsa Hills Shopping Mall and Woodland Hills Mall.
