Our founder, Kasia Olek, is a second-generation Realtor from Sydney, Australia. Kasia built her career from the ground up centered around building relationships throughout our Tulsa community. She has embedded her people-first philosophy into every aspect of the Aussie Team.
We carry our heart for building a relationship based real estate community by first supporting each and every individual team member holistically. We prioritize your business goals just as much as your family and personal dreams, in and out of real estate! For over a decade, our team has prioritized building rhythms around gaining a growth mindset through our weekly Fuel Fridays. Tulsa agents have shared this as the highlight of their week. We listened, offering weekly team coaching AND offering individual support by weekly team check ins, goal tracking, personal coaching, business assistance, Aussie one on ones, and more!

Aussie Real Estate actively sponsors and supports Tulsa. Organizations include: Tulsa Girls’ Home, an organization helping girls in foster care through equine therapy and healing programs. Pandemonium Cycling, a women’s community cycling team. The Pencil Box, a free store for local teachers to support their Tulsa classrooms, and multiple schools in Green Country.
