New and Upcoming Attractions in Green Country Oklahoma

1. Tulsa Premier Outlet Mall 

Coming Summer 2024: 

Tulsa Premier Outlet Mall in Jenks is set to open August of 2024. Not only will the new Premier Outlet Mall bring brands like Polo and Nike to Jenks, it will also bring in around 800 new jobs to the area! 

2. Vinita Theme Park 

Coming Fall 2026: 

American Heartland is an upcoming theme park and resort development in northeast Oklahoma.

The 1,000-acre resort costs 2 billion to build and is expected to attract more than 4.9 million guests per year to Oklahoma! American Heartland is expected to be built in parts. First releasing an RV park and cabin area in spring 2025. The theme park itself is set to come out in the fall of 2026. 

3. Broken Arrow Amphitheatre 

Coming 2026: (Date not determined) 

The $93 million project is a new outdoor entertainment venue that seats over 12,000 people! The Sunset Amphitheatre will be located near Broken Arrow's Events Park near 101st and the Creek Turnpike. On March 5th of 2024, the city agreed to sell 15 acres of land to Sunset at Broken Arrow LLC to hopefully begin the starting phases of construction soon! 

4. Jenks Market  

Coming Winter of 2024: 

Another development soon to come for Jenks! Jenks Market will be 12,000 square feet, with additional added square footage set aside if needed. This location will have a giant jumbotron for movies and live music, outdoor seating, and food hall. The market is expected to open roughly 6 months after the Premier Outlet Mall. 

5. Tulsa Airport Customs 

Coming Fall of 2025: 

Planning a vacation out of the country? Tulsa International Airport is set to open a Federal Customs Facility by the fall of 2025. This will allow the beginning of flights to another country. News reports suggest these flights will likely be connections from Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.
