Isn't there something magical about Christmas lights? Now that everyone is in full holiday mode, it’s safe to assume that the homeowners of Tulsa will not disappoint us with their displays; driving around the city has become a thrill as more and more homes are strung with brilliant lights. My family of three has tradition of starting off the holiday season with the lighting of the trees in Utica Square on Thanksgiving night.
Although, I think we might take a tour of the city by helicopter this year. Now that would be the ultimate show! For those who prefer the ground: grab a hot chocolate, load the kids in the car, and spend an evening touring the Aussie's favorites spots around Tulsa to experience the magic of Christmas and celebrate the turn of the year. PS, Comment below if you plan on visiting any of these places, or if you know of another great display in the Tulsa area. I'd love to hear about it!
Over 700,000 lights adorning 175 trees - enjoy dinner with a view of the lights from the windows of Stonehorse Cafe, Wildfork, PF Chang's, Flemings, or peruse the available shops.
